I’d like to know how old your students are.
I’ll be working on a wiki project (related to writing) with one group of students. The thing is that my students and I can only use the internet at home, (I live in an undeveloped country, you know) so this makes things more difficult. I’m trying, though. I think it’s worth trying; these new tools give students the opportunity of working more independently, your wiki is a clear proof.
Congratulations for your wiki project and your blog.Gabriela Sellarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04218185338966433135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5268324761625130807.post-80480888486494859232007-05-09T15:02:00.000-03:002007-05-09T15:02:00.000-03:00I just read you infor about being a teacher etc - ...I just read you infor about being a teacher etc - so am I and I try to use technology in the class. As you said in one of your posts, it’s amazing to gather 200 to listen to poetry.
He was here in Buenos Aires some years ago, I couldn’t see him. Hope he comes again.
I’ll try to read "Face" or "Refugee Boy", sometimes it’s not so easy to get books published abroad.Gabriela Sellarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04218185338966433135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5268324761625130807.post-954085835657688362007-04-24T14:51:00.000-03:002007-04-24T14:51:00.000-03:00Thanks for the link - I discovered BZ quite a few...Thanks for the link - I discovered BZ quite a few years ago and feel that his best works are still Face and Refugee Boy.

Gangsta Rap didn't do much for me, I'm afraid.lifelongreaderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03948361464417064330noreply@blogger.com
